Lamination Value Stream Lead

Oversee all lamination processes, monitor adhesive rates, temperatures, and equipment settings to ensure quality standards and product consistency. Conduct finished goods inspections, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and coordinate printer programming and labeling. Lead the lamination team by serving as the first point of contact, training new members, and allocating personnel based on production needs. Manage inventory of raw materials and supplies, schedule preventative maintenance, and generate departmental reports. Requires standing for eight hours daily, moderate noise exposure, and lifting up to 50 pounds within a manufacturing environment.
