Job Summary
Stack and align rotor and stator laminations for core assembly, measuring stack dimensions and adjusting lamination counts to specified sizes. Perform GMAW tack welding with certification requirements and execute daily/weekly TPM tasks with accuracy. Utilize hand and power tools including spot welding under general supervision, completing six thousand hours of familiarization to attain proficiency in welding quality and quantity. Work Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on-site in Mankato, MN. Requires vocational or high school graduation and sole US citizenship.
