Lamination Operator Trainee

Job Summary
Operate board lamination equipment safely and efficiently while performing routine maintenance, cleaning, and software manipulation for the flooring line. Identify conditions affecting quality or uptime, initiate corrective actions, and assist operators and maintenance personnel with troubleshooting and preventive repairs. This rotating shift role requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. An Associate's degree in a mechanical field is preferred. - Experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Experience in a board laminating or laminate flooring production plant
- Associate's degree in a mechanical related field
- This is a rotating shift schedule position
