Lamination Operator (PCB Manufacturing)

Job Summary

Operate all department equipment, perform quality checks, and conduct preventative maintenance on machines used for manufacturing printed circuit boards. Enter jobs into the manufacturing tracking system and read shop orders to verify previous operations, counts, and quality standards before proceeding panels to the next department. Maintain a safe, neat, and organized workplace while ensuring panel quality meets work order specifications. This full-time 1st shift role runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with mandatory weekend overtime available when needed to meet production goals. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in the PCB industry, the ability to read blueprints, and basic computer skills for data entry.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the printed circuit board industry or any similar manufacturing related industry
  • Able to lift to 25lbs
  • Ability to stand/walk throughout an 8–10-hour shift
  • Ability to walk on uneven surface
  • Able to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed
  • Able to work in a team environment and willing to cross train in other areas
  • Must be U.S. persons, as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, or individuals with refugee/asylee status)

  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English
