Job Summary
Store Manager, Laline – Fairview Mall (Toronto, Canada): You will lead the store team to drive revenue and profitability, coach and develop staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience that embodies Laline’s brand. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of sales, people, and processes; overseeing hiring/onboarding, performance and KPIs; maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising; driving community engagement and brand loyalty; and ensuring smooth operations including health & safety, inventory, cash handling, and scheduling. Required is strong retail store leadership, financial management experience with a track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication, and a passion for service excellence; beauty retail experience is a bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail store leadership
- Financial management experience with success in driving top-line sales
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with a history of attracting, developing, motivating and retaining talent
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated understanding of service excellence in a consumer environment
- Bonus: experience in beauty retail
- Knowledge of visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards
- Ability to manage store operations including health & safety, inventory management, scheduling, and cash handling
