Job Summary
Greet and seat guests with a smile, using their names whenever possible. Answer phones, take messages, and manage reservations while accurately maintaining booking details in Open Table. Review menus to ensure they remain clean and presentable, and complete assigned side work. Maintain proper uniforms throughout the shift. This role involves working steadily for long periods involving walking and standing, often including three meals a day. Schedule includes weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Good guest relations' skills
- Good communication and organization skills
- High School Diploma
- Must be able to read, write, and understand and speak the English language
- Congeniality

- Must be able to work steadily all day at tasks that require walking and standing for long periods of time
- Must be able to complete daily assigned duties
- Schedule includes weekends and holidays
- Workday may consist of three meals a day
- Work takes place in the Lakeview Dining Room
