Job Summary
Verify guest identification and ensure authorized facility access while enforcing pool and facility rules to promote guest safety. Provide excellent customer service, assist with guest concerns, and sell merchandise to handle basic transactions. Coordinate rentals such as boats or equipment, and register guests for tennis and swim lessons. Assist lifeguards with routine pool chemical checks and follow established procedures and safety guidelines. Work independently with minimal supervision, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment during the busy summer season.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow processes and procedures
- Comfortable resolving guest issues in a professional manner
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Successful completion of a background check
