Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge operations, including marketing strategies, fundraising, and public relations with government officials and churches. Manage administration, HR, budget monitoring, and staff morale while supervising admissions, counseling, program, facility, and food service managers. Ensure the program adheres to policies, address client grievances, and maintain facility compliance with building codes and licensing requirements. Drive donor base growth and protect the organization's reputation by communicating potential risks to supervisors. Requires three years of leadership experience, a baccalaureate degree or equivalent work experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Located at the 48-acre Buffalo campus, this role supports our mission of helping Minnesotans overcome addiction, recognized as a Best Addiction Treatment Center by Newsweek.
Required Qualifications
- Must be free of problematic substance use for at least the two years immediately preceding employment
- Three years+ demonstrated leadership and managerial skills
- Previous management, director level experience
- Strong ability to relate to and mentor people with life-controlling problems
- Baccalaureate degree or documented three years general work experience in administration or personnel supervision in human services
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record that will be accepted by this organization's vehicle insurance carrier
- Ability to successfully complete criminal background check process
