Lakebase Sales Specialist (UKI)

Lakebase Sales Specialist (UKI) drives Lakebase revenue in the UKI region by identifying and qualifying opportunities, activating Lakebase within the territory, and collaborating with regional Account Executives and the broader account team. The role articulates the value of fully-managed Postgres for AI-native applications to platform teams, developers, data teams, and central IT, and leads complex, multi-threaded sales cycles from discovery through close. You will orchestrate proofs-of-value and POCs with solution architects, compete against legacy databases, and align to measurable outcomes such as performance, developer productivity, time-to-market, and cost reduction. Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partners to shape territory plans and co-selling motions, and enable the field with best practices and sales motions. The role requires 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, and the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders in executive-level conversations. The position is based in London, UK (flexible within the UK) and covers customers in the UK and Ireland, with in-person duties for UKI locations.
