Job Summary
Lakebase Sales Specialist Account Executive in Korea to drive Lakebase revenue by identifying, qualifying, and closing Lakebase opportunities; lead with outcomes for platform developers, data teams, and central IT; sell fully-managed Postgres for operational workloads powering real-time AI-driven experiences; run complex, multi-threaded sales cycles from discovery through close and orchestrate proof-of-value/POCs in partnership with solution architects; partner with Product Management, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partners to shape territory plans and co-selling motions; must demonstrate strategic account engagement, field enablement, and market leadership; requires 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales, experience selling data platforms or related AI infrastructure, strong value selling and executive-facing communication, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling data platforms and operational databases (e.g., Postgres, MySQL) or adjacent data/AI infrastructure
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to sell to both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience leading specialist/overlay motions with core Account Executives
- Executive presence for C-level conversations and architectures
- Strong value selling, storytelling, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
