Job Summary
Lake Tahoe ice cream server position focused on guest-facing service for ice cream and desserts in a fast-paced club setting. Responsibilities include completing opening/closing duties, providing attentive, friendly service, ensuring accuracy and quality of food delivered, maintaining knowledge of menu and allergies, using proper serving techniques, staying on the floor during service, supporting the team, multitasking, maintaining cleanliness and safety, offering warm hospitality and professional advice to patrons, staying informed, and adhering to Martis Camp standards and scheduling requirements. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and reliable attendance; compensation includes an hourly wage of $18.00 plus employee benefits as listed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must be open to occasional overtime in peak periods
- Must be able to stand/walk for 4-6 hours at a time and 8-10 hours total per shift
- Must be able to safely carry up to 30lbs
- Must be able to repeatedly reach/bend/kneel/pull/push to assist with product storage, cleaning duties and food and beverage maintenance.
