Job Summary
The Lake Country Campus Next Steps Coordinator supports the Discipleship team by guiding individuals and families in taking meaningful steps in their faith journey through foundational programs such as Membership and Baptism. This role includes leading Guest Experience initiatives, managing communications related to next steps, and coordinating discipleship events. The coordinator is responsible for recruiting and developing volunteers, maintaining accurate engagement records, and ensuring consistent follow-up for guests. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong heart for ministry, effective team coordination skills, and a commitment to Elmbrook's values.
