Conduct daily care work and develop unit operations in collaboration with other team members at a home for people with intellectual disabilities. Provide support to 14 residents in permanent care and 7 in communal living in Helsinki's Oulunkylä area. Perform morning and evening shifts on a three-shift rotation schedule. Submit a criminal record certificate as required by law. The role is a full-time fixed-term position starting September 5, 2027. We value interest in working with people with intellectual disabilities and autism over prior experience.
