Conduct daily care work and develop unit operations in collaboration with other team members, primarily providing short-term care for children with disabilities while occasionally covering adult residents. Manage the well-being of hoidollisia clients within a 24/7 residential and support living environment. Perform duties under a three-shift schedule as a full-time position from October 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027, in compliance with the private social sector TES. Maintain a visible criminal record certificate as required by law for working with vulnerable individuals.
