Conduct home care services in a 78-bed residential facility for elderly residents, working shift-based as needed. Provide individualized care and support aligned with residents' specific needs and preferences within a multidisciplinary team. Maintain a positive service attitude and engage authentically with residents as individuals. Ensure all legal requirements are met, including valid Love certification, hygiene passport, vaccination protection under the Infection Control Act, and a criminal record certificate.
