Laguna Prep Full-Time School Nurse - RN/LPN

Oversee school health policies and programs by establishing a comprehensive school health system and ensuring compliance with Arizona State Immunization requirements. Conduct annual vision and hearing screenings, maintain nursing care plans, and document all care via computer program. Serve as the Employee Health Nurse for staff injuries and illness while collaborating with internal and external healthcare professionals. Gather statistics for district and state records and advocate for a healthy school environment as a liaison between families, staff, and providers. Perform health screenings, coordinate referrals, and deliver health education to students and families.
