Job Summary
Lagree fitness instructor position at IV Lagree, requiring 2-4 classes per day. Preferred Lagree certification and any fitness certification accepted. Commission-based pay of $30-$60 per class with opportunities for private sessions. In-house training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Lagree certification preferred
- Experience teaching group fitness classes required
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, corrective exercise, and safe progressions
- Excellent communication, motivation, and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Lagree fitness certification (Megaformer)
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or other accredited certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, AFAA)
- CPR / AED certification
