Lagging Technician

Job Summary
Perform lagging and related operations on pulleys: apply cold bond lagging and rubber compounds, wrap pulleys, and safely load/unload parts onto carts; operate autoclave and cut grooves with verified depth and angle (including patterns like herringbone, diamond, and chevron); install lag and retainers using welding standards; identify materials and maintain records of lagging weight and transfer locations; read prints and tech standards, use measuring devices (caliper, micrometer), and communicate instructions clearly; sustain general housekeeping and equipment maintenance; must hold forklift license and have high school diploma or GED with 1-3 months of related experience or training; ability to work independently or in a team in a high-paced environment; regular attendance is required.
