Conduct sales of spare parts and accessories at the workshop and customer counter, while greeting clients, providing product information, and managing customer database maintenance. Accept, store, and prepare workshop orders ensuring delivery timelines, then hand over parts to the workshop and customers while generating invoices. Monitor inventory availability, control goods receipt, and track outstanding parts. Support inventory counts and handle customer complaints. Manage the dealer area and free workshops in a representative capacity. Work full-time with a competitive above-tariff salary, utilizing experience in logistics and electronic catalogs within a motivated automotive team.
