Steer daily operations, line haul, and last-mile delivery from planning through review while optimizing processes to enhance customer experience. Make rapid, fact-based decisions and collaborate closely with the central operations team and service providers. Manage the Berlin warehouse in Schöneweide, reporting to the Operations Manager with a focus on intuitive workflow improvements and KPI-driven results. Full-time role requiring strong logistics process knowledge, technical solution mindset, and fluent German and English.
