Job Summary
Lead the F&B team with a positive vibe as Food & Beverage Supervisor at Lady Libertine, part of The Edinburgh Grand hotel. Oversee daily shift activities from setting up tables to ensuring smooth guest service, coordinate with kitchen and bar, assist with training and guidance, handle guest requests, manage inventory and stock levels, assist with scheduling, and uphold health and safety standards while keeping areas clean and compliant. Must be a natural people person with strong communication, quick thinking, problem-solving, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
