Job Summary
Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly by providing personalized service, applying suggestive selling techniques, and building genuine relationships to drive sales and foster loyalty. Process transactions accurately, handle inquiries and returns with professionalism, and maintain visually appealing selling areas through daily recovery and stock replenishment. Demonstrate ownership in achieving personal goals, store objectives, and daily priorities while supporting store operations with pricing, promotional sets, and asset protection procedures. Follow safety guidelines and product knowledge training to deliver accurate information and contribute to a positive store culture. Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical requirements to move around all store areas and lift up to 40 lbs.

- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
