Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, apply suggestive selling techniques, and process transactions accurately to drive sales and meet store objectives. Maintain visually appealing merchandise presentations, manage stock replenishment, and handle returns with professionalism. Support store operations by assisting with pricing, promotional sets, and inventory accuracy while following asset protection and safety protocols. Demonstrate ownership of daily priorities and build genuine relationships to foster customer loyalty. Available for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
