Conduct discrete observation of sales floors to prevent theft and fraud, detect irregularities, and detain suspected individuals for handover to authorities. Document incidents and create detailed reports while coordinating closely with store staff and management. Ensure compliance with security policies through regular oversight. This role requires a Sachkundeprüfung certificate, fluent German, and flexibility for weekend and holiday shifts.
