Conduct theft and fraud prevention by monitoring sales areas with discretion while protecting staff and enforcing house rules. Operate mobile camera equipment to detect suspicious activity and file criminal reports in coordination with authorities. Maintain a friendly, customer-oriented demeanor throughout shifts, including weekends, to ensure store safety and order. This role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours with a fixed contact person in the operations center and includes mandatory continuing education through our training center.
