Job Summary
Construction Electrical Project Manager responsible for client liaison to assess scope, schedule and resources; establish objectives, policies and performance standards; manage change orders, RFIs, submittals and drawing logs; create and issue subcontractor contracts; price and negotiate change orders; monitor progress with the onsite foreman to ensure schedule and budget adherence; investigate and implement corrective actions; prepare monthly costing reports; manage contract finances including progress billing and equipment rental; represent the company in project meetings; requires at least 10 years of electrical construction PM experience and a Bachelors degree in a related field; PE license a plus; opportunity for advancement and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering or other related discipline a plus
- Minimum 10 yearsa experience in project management in electrical construction required
- Experience with design build projects a plus
- PE license a plus
- Can be a combination of education, training and relevant experience
