Job Summary
As a Foreman for 5 Points Electrical in the Metro Atlanta area, you will lead a team of 2-3 electricians and apprentices in the installation of commercial electrical systems. You will coordinate with the superintendent and project managers, read conduit drawings and blueprints, ensure materials are available, enforce OSHA and company safety/quality standards, maintain the project schedule, and leverage technology to enhance communication and efficiency. You will also be responsible for completing required paperwork accurately and representing the company professionally on site. Desired qualifications include NEC and NFPA 70E knowledge, Journeyman/Master Electrician licenses, Spanish language skills, and experience with construction software such as Bluebeam, Fieldwire, AutoCAD, and BIM tools. Reporting relationship is to Project Managers.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of electrical experience (commercial experience preferred)
- Basic low-voltage experience
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of NEC (National Electric Code)
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Strong safety consciousness
- Valid driver's license
