Job Summary
Lead Electrician at 5 Points Electrical leads a skilled team (2-3 electricians/apprentices) on commercial electrical projects, installs electrical systems, ensures safety and quality, communicates with the Superintendent, reads and interprets conduit drawings and blueprints, maintains OSHA and company standards, and utilizes technology to improve communication and productivity. The role emphasizes leadership, project oversight, adherence to NEC and safety guidelines, and coordination with project management for on-schedule delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Electrical Foreman in commercial projects
- 4 years of electrical experience (commercial experience preferred)
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC)
- Read and interpret conduit drawings and blueprints, and install systems
- Valid driver's license
- Strong safety consciousness
