Job Summary
Electrical Foreman on-site leadership to complete multi-family and commercial electrical construction projects within quality, time, and budget guidelines. Responsibilities include supervising a team, training new members, evaluating progress, coordinating with superiors, organizing and planning construction activities, inspecting installations for code compliance and safety, and ensuring job-site efficiency. Experience with multi-family projects is a plus. Jacksonville, FL-based full-time role with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of the practices, methods, equipment, materials, and tools of the electrical trade
- Thorough knowledge of safety precautions and occupational hazards
- Ability to supervise the work of skilled workers
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code for electrical installations
- Ability to interpret and work from penciled plans, sketches, and blueprints
- Ability to communicate and coordinate with superiors and subordinates
- Ability to estimate materials and labor costs
- Skill in the use and care of all hand and shop tools and equipment of the electrician’s trade
