Job Summary
PMO Portfolio & AI Automation Analyst with a focus on transforming manual PMO processes into automated, data-driven solutions using AI, automation, analytics, and continuous improvement. Drives governance, portfolio visibility, and decision-making while enhancing productivity and operational efficiency through scalable automation, AI-enabled analytics, and AI agents. Strong emphasis on executive reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder communication; experience with Jira, MS Project, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Codex, Claude, Gemini) and RPA is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- PMO Portfolio & AI Automation Analyst
- Strong project portfolio governance capabilities
- Experience with Jira and Microsoft Project
- Experience creating executive reports, dashboards, metrics, and portfolio performance presentations
- Experience leveraging Generative AI tools
- Familiarity with automation technologies, workflow automation, scripting, AI agents, RPA solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and lead initiatives with limited supervision
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
