Job Summary
Provide lactation management services to expectant and new parents under the direction of the Manager or Director. Perform these functions in accordance with the hospital's philosophy, policies, and standards. Maintain certification as a Certified Lactation Consultant (CLC) and achieve IBCLC status within one year of hire. Requires a Master's degree in Nursing, Missouri licensure, and five years of lactation consulting experience. Full-time role with day shift hours.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed to practice in the State of Missouri
- CLC (certified lactation consultant)
- BLS Certification
- Certified as a Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)
- Previous experience in maternal-child health nursing
- Full Time employment
- Day Shift
Desired Qualifications

- Five years of experience in lactation consulting
