Job Summary
The Official enforces i9 Sports rules on youth fields while modeling positive behavior, serves as an on-field coach to reinforce core concepts and sportsmanship, manages game time and scoring, and ensures player safety. This role supports a fun, learning-focused environment across leagues, camps, and clinics, requiring a flexible weekend/evening schedule and strong customer-service skills. Franchise locations are independently owned; candidates complete duties in alignment with local hiring decisions while promoting safety and a positive experience for players, coaches, and spectators.
Required Qualifications
- Sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks)
