Conduct manufacturing- and warehousing-related inspections of semi-finished products and coatings, including checking run time, electrical resistance, solid content, gloss, film thickness, and chemical resistance. Initiate recipe optimizations and manage claims by controlling wet stock, approval plates, and test parameters. Perform color evaluations and approvals, tone metallic and unilacquer coatings, and paint test and pattern plates manually or automatically at the Bosch Lab. Create acceptance test certificates and manage incoming aluminum pigment inspections per company specifications. Process internal claims and respond to customer inquiries regarding product release extensions.
