Operate and monitor the painting line, executing painting tasks according to the work plan. Perform sanding and smoothing of counterweights, while carefully handling pre- and post-preparation of components. Conduct quality checks on painted parts and manage cleaning, maintenance, and care of the facility and tools. Identify and resolve minor issues independently, documenting all actions. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards through proper workflow documentation. This role is temporary for one year with full-time hours.
