Job Summary
Conduct general basic repairs and minor maintenance at the Los Angeles Convention Center, including surface preparation for paint, restroom partitions, electrical cover plates, baseboards, pavers, and light fixtures. Perform tasks such as fixing small appliances, replacing filters, restocking supplies, trash removal, spill clean-up, and maintaining back-of-house areas, garages, and workstations. Move equipment and furniture, hang pictures and frames, and reset pavers as needed. This onsite position requires in-person collaboration with multiple departments and coverage of events from start to finish.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds or more
- Must comply with all Federal, State and Local regulations and published Company work rules as well as written instructions
- Must be available for onsite position
- Must be available for in-person collaboration with multiple departments
