Job Summary
Lead the strategy, development, and regional delivery of Portfolio Solutions across Marsh Risk in LAC. Serve as the primary liaison with the market, managing stakeholder relationships and leading cross-functional teams to build and scale proprietary solutions. Drive transformational efficiencies that improve placement outcomes and deliver measurable client value through optimized placement channels and cross-border initiatives. Validate solution fit and measure results using data-driven decision-making and analytics. Prioritize complex programs to accelerate solution adoption while maintaining governance and cross-functional alignment. Collaborate with carriers, analytics, technology, legal, and client leaders to build trust and drive accountability globally, regionally, and at the country level.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years' experience in insurance broking, placement, portfolio solutions, underwriting, or related fields with proven regional exposure
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling commercial product/solution portfolios
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with carriers, analytics, technology, legal and client leaders
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and results orientation
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior (C-suite and carrier) levels
- Strong program and product management skills — able to prioritize and deliver complex, cross-border initiatives
- Data-driven decision-maker — comfortable using analytics to validate solution fit and measure outcomes
- Excellent communicator and presenter; able to build compelling narratives and enablement materials for client/placement teams
- Advanced English proficiency
- Collaborative leader who can build trust across the region and drive alignment and accountability globally, regionally and at country level
