Job Summary
Build trusted partnerships between scientific and IT teams by eliciting requirements, mapping processes, and identifying value-add opportunities. Design and deliver system solutions aligned to business needs while drafting and supporting execution of user acceptance test scripts. Drive end-user adoption and change readiness throughout implementation. This role requires onsite presence four days per week with one remote day. Candidates must possess a strong pharmaceutical or scientific background, preferably within Formulation, along with familiarity with the LabWare Platform, Agile methodologies, Jira, and Lucid. Required Qualifications
- Strong pharmaceutical/scientific background, preferably within Formulation
- Working knowledge of Dashboards and Data Visualization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership, relationship building and partnership capabilities
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Lucid
- Solid understanding of the LabWare Platform
- Self-starter who can ramp up quickly, operate independently, and deliver meaningful results with minimal oversight
- Experience working with scientists, laboratory operators, and IT stakeholders
- Ability to define requirements, design workflows and configuration solutions
- Must be onsite four days per week
- Must be available for one day of remote work
