Conduct metallographic sample preparation and testing, including microscopy examinations and hardness testing, for customers within the defense, aerospace, and civil markets. Perform non-destructive testing and structural integrity analysis while collaborating with specialists in welding and failure investigation. Maintain strict accuracy and attention to detail when supporting lab courses as a lab assistant and managing client interactions. This role requires a university engineering degree or equivalent in materials technology, metallography, or related fields, with strong spoken and written English skills. Based in Linköping, the position involves occasional travel and work at other locations.
