Job Summary
Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of geosynthetic liner systems including HDPE and LLDPE. Prepare work areas through subgrade cleanup and site preparation, while loading, unloading, and organizing materials, tools, and equipment. Support technicians with liner deployment, seaming, testing, and repairs, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site. Follow all safety procedures and participate in daily tailgate meetings while performing physically demanding work in various weather conditions. Travel to remote locations as project requirements dictate.
Required Qualifications
- Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and working outdoors for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious
- Comfortable working as part of a team and following detailed instructions
Desired Qualifications
- Previous construction, labour, landscaping, industrial, or related outdoor work experience
- Experience working on construction or industrial job sites
- CSTS, WHMIS, Ground Disturbance, or other safety certifications
- Experience operating hand tools and small power tools
