Job Summary
Load trucks, gear up, and head to sites to clear debris, set up equipment, or assist with demolition and cleanup. Work with experienced crew members to ensure job sites remain clean, safe, and organized while mastering tools and techniques. Complete material handling, lifting, and climbing tasks using personal protective equipment, including respirators and safety footwear. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule. Maintain proficiency in mobile devices and Microsoft Office applications.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and construction or cleaning techniques
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
- Proficient in using mobile devices and relevant applications
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Effective communication skills and a positive team attitude
- Valid full class driver's license and clear driver's abstract
- Fit test and other safety certifications
- Includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule
- Ability to complete work activities that may involve material handling, lifting, climbing, and the use of personal protective equipment including respirators, safety footwear, and other required gear
