Job Summary
Support oil & gas/construction operations as a Labourer on a temporary project in Lloydminster (AB/SK). Perform material handling, equipment setup, site cleanup, and tool operation; assist skilled trades such as pipefitters and welders; load/unload/move materials, operate basic tools (grinders, drills, impact guns, saws); assist with installation and maintenance under supervision; adhere to safety procedures and PPE; participate in site housekeeping; work outdoors in varying weather; communicate effectively with supervisors and team members; willing to travel to multiple sites and work overtime as required; required certifications and a Class 5 license are needed, with First Aid and additional tickets considered assets.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, mining, fabrication facility, and/or construction environments is required.
- Grade twelve (12) diploma or General Education Diploma ‘GED’ equivalency is required.
- Valid safety certifications (e.g. H2S, CSTS, WHMIS, Fall protection, Confined Space) depending on site requirements.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is required.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and a clean drivers abstract are required.
- Pre-employment Alcohol & Drug test is required.
