Job Summary
Conduct general site maintenance and support civil crews by ensuring work areas remain organized, clean, and tidy. Load and unload materials and equipment, place and roll out turf, and assist with landscaping and fencing. Perform manual tasks such as shoveling and raking gravel or topsoil, while helping the pipe crew cut wood and pipe and verifying supply availability. Maintain equipment and promptly report maintenance issues, keeping a positive safety attitude to eliminate hazards. Ensure crews have necessary supplies and adhere to safety policies, including participation in safety meetings. Work in an outdoor environment involving standing, walking, lifting, and carrying in all weather conditions.
