Labourer

Labourer role on a hands-on construction site, supporting site operations and working alongside skilled trades and supervisors. Responsibilities include following safety protocols, assisting carpenters/foremen and other trades, safe operation of basic hand and power tools, concrete work (shoveling, mixing, pouring, spreading), site tasks (cleaning/prepping, traffic control, demolition, material handling), equipment operation (pumps, compressors, generators), formwork (stripping and assembling form systems). Must be physically capable to lift up to 50 lbs, comfortable working outdoors in all weather, and willing to learn and take direction. Minimum 1 year construction labour experience preferred; valid driver’s license and clean abstract preferred. Able to work out of town when required.
