Job Summary
Assist in the setup and clean up of work areas, perform manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials, and operate basic hand tools and machinery as required. Follow instructions from supervisors, maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas, and adhere to safety guidelines to prevent accidents. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to appropriate personnel and assist in loading and unloading goods. Requires previous experience in a Labourer role, physical stamina, and strong teamwork skills. Based in the Elgin and Inverness area, this position offers 23 days holiday, salary sacrifice schemes, and a company van.
