Job Summary
Retain and service clients regarding all Industrial Relations issues, including chairing disciplinary inquiries, drafting judgments, issuing warnings, and implementing policies. Manage complex matters such as wage negotiations, strike management, and retrenchments. Contact all clients strictly as per schedule. Requires a B. Degree in HR/IR/LLB, over one year of Industrial Relations experience, and a valid driver's license with own vehicle. Salary is R17,850 CTC with a sales commission policy. Based in Polokwane with hybrid work options.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years B. Degree or equivalent in HR/IR/LLB or related field
- More than 1 years' experience in Industrial Relations
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle is essential
- Eagerness to learn the ins and outs of labour law
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be able to effectively function within a pressurised and fast paced environment
