Job Summary
Conduct daily manual labor to support yard, shop, and route operations by loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas while performing basic equipment and site cleanup as assigned. Assist drivers and operations staff as needed, following all safety policies and reporting hazards immediately. Perform duties in an outdoor environment involving frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 75 lbs. Requires reliable attendance, ability to work in varying weather conditions, and valid driver's license preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in an outdoor environment
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50–75 lbs with or without assistance
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
