Job Summary
Lead the microbiological sterility laboratory with disciplinary oversight, planning and monitoring sterility tests while organizing lab workflows to ensure timely order processing. Advise national and international customers on sterility testing, aseptic manufacturing, and isolation technology, acting as the primary contact for project-based inquiries. Guarantee compliance with GMP and quality standards, support audits and customer visits, and optimize laboratory processes. Represent adjacent microbiological areas as needed. Requires a degree in microbiology or related natural science fields with multiple years of experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environments. Fluency in German and English is essential for client interaction.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Mikrobiologie, Biologie, Pharmazie oder einer vergleichbaren naturwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im GMP-regulierten pharmazeutischen Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Sterilitätsprüfung und/oder Sterility Assurance
- Erfahrung mit aseptischen Herstellungsprozessen und Reinraumtechnologien
- Gute Kenntnisse der relevanten GMP-Regularien (z. B. EU GMP Annex 1)
- Erste Führungserfahrung oder ausgeprägtes Interesse an einer Führungsaufgabe
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Labor-Informationssystemen (LIMS)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
