Job Summary
Inpatient OBGYN hospitalist role at UP Health System-Marquette (Marquette, MI) focusing on rounds, deliveries, admissions, and ER transfers. Work 10–24 hour shifts per month with an on-site 10-hour requirement, 1:4 call, and collaboration with an independent OB group; includes C-sections in OR, Level IIIA NICU support, and 24/7 pediatric and cardiology coverage. Teaching affiliation with Michigan State University with medical students and residents on site; comprehensive compensation package may include sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, CME allowance, and loan repayment support.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree; board-certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN)
- valid medical license to practice obstetrics/gynecology in Michigan
- ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements
- participation in on-call coverage and 24/7 obstetric care as a Laborist
