Job Summary
Inpatient OB Hospitalist role covering obstetric patients with 24/7 hospital-based coverage in a Level IIIA NICU-equipped facility. Responsibilities include rounding on obstetric patients, deliveries, C-sections in the OR, admissions, ER admits and transfers, and on-call duties (1:4). Works with an independent OB group and supports teaching affiliations with Michigan State University, including medical students and residents on OB service. Compensation package may include a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and CME allowances.
