Job Summary
Conduct electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, corrosion analysis, and storage tests for aerosol formulations, including nassanalysis of fill materials and technical inspection of paints. Support internal qualification processes for customer-approved aerosol cans by determining shelf life and evaluating packaging compatibility for steel and aluminum products. Address customer complaints, assist production with complex issue resolution, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives and new test method development. Ensure standardized work procedures and strengthen protocols while maintaining workplace safety and 5S standards.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemisch-Technischer Assistent (CTA) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Chemie, Korrosion und Elektrochemie
- Erfahrung in Problemlösungsmethoden und statistischer Analyse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse sowie sichere Anwendung von MS Office und spezifischen Laboranwendungen
